There are 40 players on the list, and while plenty of the games most prolific overall run-scorers feature, there are also several names he didn’t score many runs in the grand scheme, but did lots in their twilight years. The player sitting second on the list, for example, scored all but 700 of his more than 5,000 Test runs after his 35th birthday.
