The third, fourth, and fifth teams in the IPL 2024 points table all have 10 points from nine games. Of them, the Lucknow Super Giants have the lowest net run rate (+0.059), but they are well in the hunt for a Playoffs spot.

LSG have an excellent record on home turf, and will welcome the return of Mayank Yadav, set to return after an injury hiatus. That will help them leave Matt Henry out of the first XI and have a plethora of overseas cricketers to choose from as the Impact Player. Quinton de Kock has struggled of late: whether the Super Giants give Kyle Mayers a chance remains to be seen.
