Ahead of the Women's Premier League 2025 auction, each team is expected to announce their retained players list on Thursday, November 7. Similar to the IPL 2025 player retentions, each team will be retaining a set of players, with the option of using a Right-To-Match (RTM) card in the auction.
According to the latest Women's Cricket Future Tours Programme, the Women's Premier League is set to have a dedicated window from 2026.
