Yuvraj, batting at No.5, had ambled to 10 off 9 balls when he decided to take on leg-spinner Mahendra Nagamootoo. He started with three back-to-back sixes off the 19th over, targeting the leg-side with his trademark pull shots. The fourth ball was a dot, but he was back to resume scoring off the fifth, hammering a full ball down the ground to make it four sixes in the over.
He continued the quick scoring in the last over as well, taking on another spinner, Sulieman Benn, as he hit two more sixes to finish with a 20-ball 49.
Only four days ago, he had smashed four sixes off consecutive balls against South Africa Legends, ending with an unbeaten 55 off 22 balls. The knock brought back memories of his famous feat of six sixes in an over against England in the 2007 T20 World Cup.
The knock powered India Legends to 218-3, a score that West Indies fell 12 short of.
