During the third Test against England at Bangalore in 2001, Tendulkar, batting on 90 at the time, came up against spinner Ashley Giles, who was bowling from over the wicket.
A flighted delivery from Giles bamboozled the Indian great, who missed it by a fair distance and was stumped by England’s wicketkeeper James Foster.
It turned out to be the only time Tendulkar was stumped in his Test career.
The match eventually ended in a draw, with India winning the series 1-0.
