Watch: Blessing Muzarabani and Taskin Ahmed were involved in a heated confrontation during the first Test between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh, with the quick pressing his head up against the batsman’s helmet grille as they two faced off.
The Zimbabwean fast bowler was seemingly unimpressed by Taskin Ahmed’s sudden dance moves after playing a stroke in the ongoing game. In an awkward exchange, Muzarabani walked up to Taskin after the tail-ender negotiated a delivery and unveiled some dance moves after doing so, sticking his face into the batsman’s helmet grille.
The No.10 had frustrated Muzarabani in making a brilliant 75 off 134 balls, stitching together a 191-run partnership with Mahmudullah. Bangladesh had crumbled to 132-6 at one point before a brilliant hundred from the No.8, and a 95 from Liton Das, resurrected the innings. At 270-7, when Liton was dismissed, Bangladesh’s fight seemed to be over, but Taskin had other ideas.
