England team
Dan Lawrence has been slotted in at No.4, while Ollie Pope hasn’t found a place in the XII for the game. Alex Lees and Zak Crawley open the batting, with Joe Root set to walk in at No.3. The team has picked four seamers in Chris Woakes, Craig Overton, Mark Wood and Ollie Robinson. Ben Foakes keeps for the side, while Ben Stokes bats at No.5. Jack Leach is the lone specialist spinner. Matt Parkinson, Saqib Mahmood, and Matt Fisher all sit out.
