Chahar, who is rated as one of the best swing bowlers in the country, displayed his skills yet against the West Indies on Friday, getting two wickets in the same over to push the visitors on the backfoot. His third over of the night, also the fifth of the innings, saw some intelligent bowling from the Rajasthan quick, as he dismissed Brandon King and Shamarh Brooks in the span of four deliveries. The third ball of the fifth over of the innings seamed away perfectly as King, who was on his back foot, got an outside edge, with the ball flying to Suryakumar Yadav at the second slip, as he was dismissed for 14.
A few deliveries later, Brooks went after a fuller and wider ball, with the batter trying to slice it through a gap, but without any footwork, he ended up giving an easy catch to Shreyas Iyer at point for a three-ball duck. The West Indies, chasing 266 for their first win in the series, collapsed to 25-3 following the twin jolts.
