The second edition of the U19 Women's World Cup starts on January 18 in Malaysia - here's all you need to know about the squads of each of the 16 participating teams.
Which are the participating teams in the 2025 U19 Women's T20 World Cup?
Sixteen teams will be divided into four groups of four each. A total of 41 matches will be played across four venues in Malaysia. Here are the participating teams segregated by their goups.
Group A: India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, West Indies
Group B: England, Ireland, Pakistan, USA
Group C: New Zealand, Nigeria, Samoa, South Africa
Group D: Australia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Scotland
What's the format and schedule of the 2025 U19 Women's World Cup?
The first stage will see each team playing against the three other teams in their group once. The top three teams from each group will then advance to the Super Six League stage.
The 12 Super Six sides will then be divided into two further groups, with the teams from Group A and D making Group One, and Group Two consisting of the original Group B and C sides.
Each side will carry forward their points into this stage, as well as their NRR. The teams will contest two matches each in the Super Six stage, both against teams outside of their original group from the first round. For example, the first-placed side from Group A will compete against the second and third placed sides from Group D in the new Group One and so on.
The top two sides from Group One and Group Two will then qualify for the semi-finals, with the final to be played on February 2.
