A total of seven games will be played in the series, starting from December 29, 2023. Each side will lock horns against the other twice before the final on January 10, 2024. Old Edwardians Cricket Club in Johannesburg is the venue for all the encounters.
The tri-nation youth series will help the participating teams to fine-tune their line-up ahead of the 2024 U19 World Cup, scheduled to take place in South Africa between January 13 and February 4.
All-rounder David Teeger is entrusted with the captaincy of South Africa, while Uday Saharan will lead India, and his counterpart Naseer Khan will captain Afghanistan.
