Yorkshire have secured Tim Bresnan’s services for a further two years after the 33-year old signed a new deal that keeps him at the Headingley-based club until the end of the 202o season.
Bresnan’s first-class debut for Yorkshire came back in 2003, and he helped them to back-to-back County Championship titles in 2014 and 2015.
The experienced all-rounder, who has 23 England Test caps and has made 85 ODI appearances for England, has taken 425 first-class wickets at an average of 30.58, while he also averages 29.25 with the bat in a county career that has yielded six tons and 32 half-centuries.
Yorkshire will be delighted at retaining one of their most trusted and consistent performers.
