The second edition of The Hundred will begin on August 3 with the men’s competition — here’s where you can watch the 2022 edition, along with the live streaming details.
Oval Invincibles Women and Southern Brave will return to defend their respective crowns when The Hundred gets underway this year. The men’s edition will start on August 3, with the women’s games starting on August 11, courtesy of the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
There will be a total of eight teams in each competition in the 100-ball tournament. There will be a number of international stars taking part in both events: apart from England players such as Liam Livingstone, Moeen Ali and Jos Buttler, overseas players Glenn Maxwell, Faf du Plessis, David Miller and Colin Munro have signed up for different franchises as well.

In the women’s competition, Ellyse Perry, Alyssa Healy, Smriti Mandhana and Lizelle Lee will take part along with England stars Katerine Brunt, Danni Wyatt and Tammy Beaumont.
The tournament has been defined by a number of rule changes: the traditional six-ball overs have been replaced by five-ball or ten-ball stints, and each team has a 250ball powerplay, where only two fielders will be outside the 30-yard circle. Each bowler can send down a maximum of 20 balls in a game, either in five-ball or ten-ball stints.
