The men’s edition of The 6ixty, a 60-ball format, begins on August 25 — here is the full schedule, list of fixtures and start timings for the 2022 edition.

Cricket West Indies have joined hands with the Caribbean Premier League to launch The 6ixty, a “revolutionary format [that] will see brand new innovations and will change T10 cricket”, according to the 6ixty website. The event will have both a men’s and a women’s competition. The men’s event will feature six teams, and the women’s will have three sides.

The inaugural season will begin on August 24 with two women’s games but the men’s matches will start a day later, on August 25. The men’s competition will run till August 28 (August 29 in India), with some days even seeing triple-headers. There will be a total of 12 games, with teams playing three league games each. The top four sides will then qualify for the semifinals, which will decide the finalists.

All men’s matches will be played at Warner Park in Basseterre, in St Kitts.

All six teams will also feature in the CPL, which begins on August 31 (September 1 in India). The CPL will be played in the T20 format.
