Stuart Broad on Tuesday showed a troll the business on Twitter when his record away from home was questioned.
The England Cricket Twitter channel, as part of what they called the ‘Broad week’, tweeted a video of the pacer’s 5-23 against South Africa in an ODI at Trent Bridge in 2008. That return remains Broad’s best figures in ODIs, in which he has taken 178 wickets in 121 matches.
Amid much appreciation, however, one fan decided to take a dig at Broad, saying “every special moment he has achieved is in England”.
I have 728 International wickets. I think over 1 of them was outside England. Cheers ?

Broad, perhaps to the fan’s surprise, decided to pop in and say his bit. “I have 728 International wickets. I think over 1 of them was outside England. Cheers”.
The troll then had to cop a lot of flak from Broad fans, who reminded him of many of the pacer’s wicket-hauls from overseas, particularly the 6-17 at a 2016 Test at The Wanderers in Johannesburg.
