BCCI announced on Friday (June 21) that the senior India men's team will tour South Africa for four T20Is in November 2024. The first of those matches will be played on November 8, with subsequent games on November 10, 13, and 16.
When does India's Test tour of Australia start?
India's five-Test series against Australia is scheduled to start on November 22 in Perth, less than a week after the fourth T20I against South Africa.

For an assignment like the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, it is reasonable to expect that India will look to send over their squad well ahead of the first Test to acclimatise to conditions. That means there's a distinct possibility that the T20I squad for South Africa will bear a different look than India's first-choice T20I squad.
