Sri Lanka women will host the West Indies for a three-match ODI series in Galle starting on Saturday (June 15). Here's where you can watch the series, including TV channel and live stream details.

When does the SL v WI women's series start?

The series will take place entirely at Galle International Stadium, with the second and third matches taking place on June 18 and June 21 after the opening match on Saturday (June 15). Following the conclusion of the ODI leg, a three-match T20I series will begin on June 24, all three matches due to be held at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium.

For Sri Lanka, the series will be their main preparation for the T20 Asia Cup, which starts on July 20 and which they will also host. It is their first ODI series since their tour of South Africa in April, in which they recorded a series win.

The West Indies are coming off the back of a month-long tour of Pakistan, where they won both the ODI leg and the T20I leg. They have no further international matches scheduled before the start of the 2024 T20 World Cup in October.

The two sides last faced each other in an ODI bilateral series in 2017, where the West Indies beat Sri Lanka in the T20I and ODI foramts. However, Sri Lanka come into this series having registered series wins over England, New Zealand and South Africa in the last 12 months, promising to make this series a more competitive affair.
