Scotland and Australia face off in the 2024 T20 World Cup - they will play a bilateral series from Spetember 4.

Australia will travel to the United Kingdom to take on Scotland in a white-ball series starting on September 4. Here is where you can catch the series live from around the world.

Australia and Scotland have faced each other just six times in international cricket, across formats. The last occasion came during the 2024 T20 World Cup, as they faced off in their final group stage fixture of the tournament. Australia won that match by five wickets.

SCO vs AUS: What does the head-to-head say?

Only twice have these two teams met outside World Cups. These were in 2009 and 2013, when Australia travelled to Edinburgh for a one-off ODI each time and won by 189 runs and 200 runs respectively. This time though, they will play a three-match T20I series.

All three matches will take place in Edinburgh, at the Grange Cricket Club Ground. The first match will be on September 4, with the next two coming back-to-back on September 6 and 7. They will all start at 2:00pm local time (6:30pm IST).

Scotland v Australia T20Is 2024: Squads for the tour

Scotland have named a more-or-less full strength side for the series. Australia, meanwhile, have rested Pat Cummins and called up several youngsters with the likes of Jake Fraser-McGurk, Cooper Connolly, Aaron Hardie and Xavier Bartlett all making the squad.

For Australia, this series serves as a curtain-raiser for a near-month long tour of the United Kingdom. After this, they will take on England in England in a three-match T20I series from September 11-15 and a five-match ODI series from September 19-29.
