Fast bowler Olly Stone will return home from England’s tour the West Indies after scans revealed a stress injury of his lower left back. He will receive further assessment upon his arrival.
The Warwickshire quick had gone for tests after he complained about lower back stiffness. While he didn’t play a part in the ongoing two-day warm-up match against the WICB President’s XI, he had been expected to take part in the two-day game starting tomorrow.
