BBC Weather gives at least a 60 per cent chance of rain in every hour up until 7pm, including some thunderstorms in the afternoon. AccuWeather is more hopeful, suggesting it will only be cloudy when play is scheduled to start, and even predicting the afternoon will be partly sunny.

For Tuesday, the scheduled fifth day, BBC predicts that the chance of rain is low, but in this instance AccuWeather is more pessimistic, with their forecast showing the chance of showers always above 30 per cent, and sometimes above 50 per cent.
Any inclement weather could serve as a big blow to England’s hopes of regaining the Wisden Trophy. With West Indies currently in possession having won the previous series in the Caribbean in 2019, the hosts need a series victory to wrest back the trophy, and with the current rubber level at 1-1 heading into the final Test, they require a win to achieve that.
