The first ever ICC Under-19 Women’s World Cup is taking place in South Africa in January 2023 – below is the full Under-19 Pakistan squad, updated with the latest team news and injury updates.

The squad is captained by Aroob Shah, who has already been capped at full international level seven times. The spinner made her first appearance for the Pakistan senior side in 2019 when she was just 15.

Pakistan are in Group B in South Africa, with their opponents in the first stage of the competition Rwanda, England and Zimbabwe.

In total, 15 players have been selected with a number of spinners involved in the squad. Aqsa Yousaf, Dina Razvi, Maham Anees, Muskan Abid and Tahzeeb Shah have been named as the reserve players for Pakistan’s squad.

In total, 16 teams are in the tournament with four groups of four. The top three teams from each group qualify for the Super Six stage of the competition where the top two sides from each group then advance to the semi-finals.

The tournament begins on January 14 and will run until January 29. In total, 16 teams are taking part.
