New Zealand will play a white-ball series in Pakistan from September 17 — here’s the entire fixtures and schedule list of the PAK v NZ 2021 ODI and T20I series.
The Kiwis will tour Pakistan after 18 long years to take part in a three-match ODI and five-match T20I series. The ODIs will not be a part of the ICC World Cup Super League due to the non-availability of the DRS.
For the hosts, four uncapped players have made the squad that will be led by Babar Azam. Wicketkeeper Mohammad Haris, fast bowlers Mohammad Wasim and Shahnawaz Dahani along with spinner Zahid Mahmood are the four uncapped players selected in the 20-member squad.
New Zealand, on the other hand, will miss their senior players such as Kane Williamson and Trent Boult, who will be playing in the remainder of the IPL. The visiting team will be led by Tom Latham, and features players such as Finn Allen, Todd Astle, Colin de Grandhomme and Mark Chapman.
This will be the last T20I series for both teams ahead of the T20 World Cup that begins in the UAE next month.
