The North American Cup is a collaborative initiative among the region’s cricket boards to enhance international exposure and provide competitive match experience for associate nations. Serving as a warm-up ahead of the 2025 Men’s T20 World Cup Americas Regional Final, the tournament will see strong competition – especially from the USA, who have already secured direct qualification for the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup after their impressive debut in 2024 and will aim to dominate here.

When will North America T20 Cup 2025 be played, and what's the format?
The tournament will be organised by USA Cricket in the Cayman Islands from April 19 and 27. The five national teams are the United States, Canada, Bermuda and the hosts Cayman Islands.
Set to be played in the T20 format, the tournament will feature a group stage followed by two semi-finals and a final. All matches will take place at the Jimmy Powell Oval in George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands.
