Lanka Premier League 2024 began on July 1. Here is where you can watch LPL live, along with TV channels, live streaming details, and match timings.

Lanka Premier League 2024 went underway on July 1, with a match between Dambulla Sixers and Kandy Falcons at Pallekele. The Dambulla and Kandy franchises, along with Colombo Strikers, Galle Marvels, and Jaffna Kings, will compete in a double round-robin league between July 1 and July 16.

Thisara Perera (Colombo), Mohammad Nabi (Dambulla), Niroshan Dickwella (Galle), Charith Asalanka (Jaffna), and Wanindu Hasaranga (Kandy) will lead their respective franchises in the fifth edition of the league.

These will be followed by the Qualifier 1 and Eliminator on July 18; Qualifier 2 on July 20; and the final on July 21. The entire tournament will take across three venues – R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla, and the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Pallekele.

 

The Jaffna franchise won the first three editions of the Lanka Premier League, in 2020, 2021, and 2022. The Kandy franchise ended their run by lifting the trophy in 2023.
