Lanka Premier League 2023, the fourth edition of the tournament, will be played between July 30 and August 20, 2023. Here are the LPL 2023 TV channels, live streaming, and match timings.
The 2023 edition will be the fourth for Lanka Premier League. LPL 2023 will feature five teams – Colombo Strikers, Dambulla Aura, Galle Titans, Jaffna Kings, B-Love Kandy – who will clash in a double round-robin league format (each team will play every other team twice).
These matches will be played between July 30 and August 15, 2023. The top four teams will then feature in the usual Playoffs – Qualifier 1 (on August 17), Eliminator (August 17), Qualifier 2 (August 19), and the final (August 20). The final also has a reserve day, on August 21.

The Jaffna franchise have won all three editions of the Lanka Premier League. In 2020, they finished third in the league in 2020 before winning the knockouts; in 2021, they topped the league table and lost the Qualifier 1 before winning two matches on the trot; and in 2022, they finished at the top of the group stage before winning both Qualifier 1 and the final.
Jaffna beat Galle in the final in 2020 and 2021, and Colombo in 2022, which remained the best performance for the two defeated franchises. Dambulla’s best performance was in 2020, when they finished second in the league stage but lost in the semi-final, while Kandy finished third in 2022.
