Legends League Cricket is a T20 league featuring retired cricketers, including international players. This is the third edition of the LLC, after January 2022 in Oman and September 2022 in India.

This time, there will be three teams – India Maharajas, Asia Lions, and World Giants – who will play in a double round-robin league, followed by the Eliminator between the second- and third-placed teams. The winner of the Eliminator will face the table toppers in the final.

Led by Gautam Gambhir, India Maharajas also feature former Indian stars like Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, the Pathan brothers – Yusuf and Irfan, M Vijay, Mohammad Kaif, and S Sreesanth.

Asia Lions boasts of non-Indian Asian cricketers like captain Shahid Afridi, Misbah-ul-Haq, Asghar Afghan, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Shoaib Akhtar, Thisara Perera, Abdul Razzaq, Abdur Razzak, and Paras Khadka.

Aaron Finch’s recent retirement has made him eligible to play in the LLC. He will be at the helm at the World Giants, essentially a ‘Rest of the World’ side. His teammates include Chris Gayle, Hashim Amla, Shane Watson, Ross Taylor, Jacques Kallis, Brett Lee, and Monty Panesar.
