The much-awaited Legend 90 League will be played from February 6 - here’s everything you need to know about the tournament, including the latest team news and injury updates.
Which teams will participate in Legend 90 League season 1?
As the name suggests, Legend 90 League will be a 90-ball-per-side tournament, featuring some of the prominent names of yesteryears alongside current ones, bringing a sense of nostalgia. The inaugural season will see seven teams vying for the title. They are Chhattisgarh Warriors, Haryana Gladiators, Dubai Giants, Gujarat Samp Army, Delhi Royals, Big Boys, and Rajasthan Kings.
The blockbuster opening clash will see Shikhar Dhawan's Royals and Suresh Raina's Warriors, rekindling old memories. Among other renowned faces, Dhawan will be supported by Ross Taylor at the Royals, while the Warriors boast of Martin Guptill and Ambati Rayudu alongside Raina.
Harbhajan Singh will lead the Haryana Gladiators. The Rajasthan Kings will have Dwayne Bravo, while Shakib Al Hasan will turn up for the Dubai Giants.
Legend 90 League 2025 schedule
A total of 21 league-stage matches will be played between February 6 and 16. Except for the curtain-raiser, all days contain double-headers with the first match starting at 4:00 pm and the second at 7:00 pm IST.
The final will be played between the top two sides on February 18 from 4:00 pm IST. Raipur will host the entire tournament.
