West Indies all-rounder Deandra Dottin gained big in all three categories in the latest ICC Women’s T20I player rankings.
Having spent a brief retirement period of two years, Dottin returned to international cricket as recently as the Women’s T20 World Cup last year. The 33-year-old veteran climbed significantly in all three departments after her Player of the Series performance in West Indies’ 3-0 whitewash over Bangladesh.
Dottin’s 110 runs across the three T20Is elevated her up by 26 spots to bring her just outside the top 10, at 11th position. The category is headed by Australia’s Beth Mooney.
Her compatriot Qiana Joseph is another big mover on the list of T20I batters, jumping 27 spots to 29th owing to her 92 runs from two innings against Bangladesh.

Dottin’s series-winning effort also saw her climb 11 spots in the all-rounder’s rankings to ninth. Fellow West Indies player Hayley Matthews heads the list.
West Indies’ Afy Fletcher gained two places to move to 23rd in the all-rounders’ rankings. The spinner’s four wickets in the series helped her to climb two places to 12th in the bowling rankings, led by England spinner Sophie Ecclestone. In the bowling department, Dottin made advancements as well, jumping 23 places to 77.
