The International Masters League (IML) will be played from February 22 - here’s everything you need to know about the tournament, including the latest team news and injury updates.
Some of the renowned cricketing stars of yesteryears will grace the competition, set to be played between February 22 and March 16. A total of 18 matches, including the playoffs will be played across three venues – Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai, Reliance Stadium in Vadodara and Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur.
The six participating teams vying for the title are India Masters (captained by Sachin Tendulkar), Australia Masters (Shane Watson), South Africa Masters (Jacques Kallis), West Indies Masters (Brian Lara), England Masters (Eoin Morgan) and Sri Lanka Masters (Kumar Sangakkara).
The inaugural edition of the tournament will feature retired legends, including Yuvraj Singh, Kevin Pietersen, Hashim Amla and Chris Gayle among others.
