India men are scheduled to play at least nine Tests, 12 ODIs, and 18 T20Is, apart from the 2025 Champions Trophy – below is the full India men’s cricket schedule for the 2025 season.
India v England (home)
January-February 2025
With the fifth Test of the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy ending on January 3, India will host England for a white-ball series from January 22, consisting of three ODIs and five T20Is.
Champions Trophy 2025 (away)
February-March 2025
Pakistan are the official hosts for the Champions Trophy, but it’s still not confirmed whether India would travel to their neighbours given the political tensions between the two countries. The UAE has been put forward as a potential alternate venue.
England v India (away)
June-August 2025
Following the global event, the 2023-25 World Test Championship final is set to be held on June 11 at Lord's. India's 0-3 series whitewash at home against New Zealand has jeopardised their participation in the title decider, after which they will begin their 2025-27 WTC cycle with a five-match series against England in England.
"Having succumbed to a historic low against New Zealand, India walk into an Australia tour knee-deep in issues. Two weeks away from the first Test, the signs are not good."

Australia v India (away)
October-November 2025
Almost a year after the BGT, India will again fly down under, this time playing three ODIs and a five-match T20I series.
South Africa v India (away)

India will end the year with a multiformat series (two Tests, three ODIs and five T20Is) against South Africa. That will be their third tour of the Rainbow Nation in three consecutive years. They played a multi-format series in 2023-24 and are currently in the country for a four-match T20I series.
