The summit clash will be held at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo and will begin at 2 pm local time (8.30 am GMT).
The two teams had earlier faced off in a Group B clash of the league stage when India defeated Pakistan A by eight wickets, which helped them finish on top of the points table. Pakistan qualified as the second-best team of the group and advanced to the semifinal as well.
India took on Bangladesh A in their semifinal match. After a poor start, the Yash Dhull-led side managed to crawl back in a controversy-ridden clash, eventually qualifying for the final after a 51-run win. Pakistan, on the other hand, defeated hosts Sri Lanka by 60 runs in their semifinal.
Dhull is the second-highest run-scorer in the tournament, behind Avishka Fernando, with 195 runs in three innings. He is closely followed by Sai Sudharsan, with 191 runs. For Pakistan, Omair Yousuf leads the charts for the side, with 148 runs.
Nishant Sindhu is the highest wicket-taker in the tournament, with 10 scalps, while Qasim Akram, who has 6 wickets, has the most wickets for the side.
