The second season of the ILT20 began on January 19 – here are the complete squads of all participating teams, including the full team lists for ILT20 2024.

The six teams which featured in the inaugural edition of the ILT20 are competing again for the title for a second time. Gulf Giants, who won the first season, have already made a winning start in the second, defeating Sharjah Warriors by 31 runs in the season-opener on January 19.
A total of 34 matches will be played, with the final to be played on February 17. 30 of those games will be league matches where each team will play each other twice, followed by four play-offs. The matches will be played across the three venues of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
