Six teams will compete for the final two spots in the 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup. The top two finishers in the tournament will join already-qualified sides Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka and hosts India in the eight-nation main event.
Bangladesh, the West Indies, Pakistan and Ireland were the bottom-ranked sides from the 10-team 2022-25 ICC Women’s Championship and thus need to play the tournament to qualify for the main event. Meanwhile, Scotland and Thailand earned their spots by being the next best-ranked sides in the ICC Women’s ODI team rankings.
