Shafali Verma and India U19s celebrate winning the inaugural U19 T20 women's World Cup

The ICC have announced the schedule for the next edition of the women's U19 T20 World Cup, which is set to take place in Malaysia in 2025. Here's the full fixtures list for the tournament.

The first edition of the tournament took place last year in South Africa, with India beating England in the final to win the trophy. The 2025 tournament will feature 16 teams, who will be divided into four groups.

Group A will consist of India, West Indies, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Group B will be England, Pakistan, Ireland and the USA. Group C will feature New Zealand, South Africa, Samoa plus the still to be decided final Africa Qualifier nation. And Group D will be Australia, Bangladesh, Scotland and the still undecided Asia Qualifier nation.

Each team will play the other sides in their group once before the top three teams from each group advance to the Super Sixes. The bottom-placed sides in each group will also play a last-place play-off.

The Super Six sides will then be divided into two further groups, with the teams from Group A and D making Group One, and Group Two consisting of the original Group B and C sides. Each side will carry forward their points into this stage, as well as their NRR. The teams will contest two matches each in the Super Sixes, both against teams outside of their original group. For example, the first-placed side from Group A will compete against the second and third placed sides from Group D in the new Group One.

The top-two placed sides in both groups will advance to the semi-finals, before the winners contest the final.

The tournament will start on January 18, with the final set to take place on February 2.
