Lord’s Cricket Ground have launched three new exclusive tours available to the public, each of which will be hosted by a former professional cricketer.
Earlier this year, a Players’ Dining Room Experience was launched, where members of the public would dine in the same room international players ordinarily would and be given a tour of the ground.
Now, Lord’s is offering the same experience but with the additional bonus of having the dinner and tour hosted by a former player who will share their memories of playing at the historic ground.
The new Hosted Players’ Dining Room Experience includes a three-course lunch that consists of soup, a choice of four main course options and one of two dessert options. The experience is priced at £200 per head.

Also being launched by Lord’s is the new Beyond the Boundary tour. Costing £250 per person, this tour will see people emulate the walk taken by players from the dressing rooms to the hallowed Lord’s turf itself. Like the Hosted Players’ Dining Room Experience, it will also be hosted by a former player, while a drinks reception is included in the experience.
The third new tour is The Hat-Trick. This four-hour experience, also hosted by a former player, combines the other two tours in the dining room and the dressing rooms. A three-course meal and drinks reception is provided. This tour is priced at £350 per person.

Head of Retail and Tours at Lord’s, Tarah Cunynghame, said: “We are delighted to be launching these exciting tours. They offer cricket supporters an experience like no other, whilst they will also hear stories first-hand from cricketers who have had the honour of playing at Lord’s.”
