England will tour India for five T20Is and three ODIs in January-February ahead of their 2025 Champions Trophy campaign.
When will the IND vs ENG 2024 T20Is and ODIs be played?
The first T20I will be played in Kolkata on January 22, followed by the second on January 25 in Chennai, the third in Rajkot on January 28, the fourth in Gahunje on January 31 and the final match in Mumbai on February 2.
Following the T20I series, three ODIs will be played between February 6 and 12.

Joe Root returned to the ODI side for the first time since England’s horrid run in the ODI World Cup last year. Ben Stokes wasn’t considered for selection after suffering a hamstring injury during the recently-concluded Hamilton Test. While Rehan Ahmed will play the T20Is, Root has been only selected for the 50-over format. Jacob Bethell, who has impressed in his young international career found a place in both the squads.
Jos Buttler will lead the tourists with one eye on the Champions Trophy as the same ODI squad has been named for the global tournament starting later in February.
Zimbabwe have announced their squad with seven uncapped players for the Afghanistan Tests, including Ben Curran, son of Kevin Curran and brother of England cricketers Tom and Sam Curran.
