After leading India to a 4-1 win in the five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe, Shubman Gill feels captaincy brings out the best in him.
"It is something that I definitely enjoy," Gill said after India's series victory in Harare."I think it brings out the best in me when I am out there because I look to be involved in the game. It is something that really brings out the side of me which I enjoy being on the field."
Rinku Singh awarded with 'Fielder of the Series' award in Zimbabwe
VVS Laxman, the interim head coach for India in Zimbabwe, awarded Rinku Singh with the ‘Fielder of the Series’ award after India’s victory.
"I really enjoyed playing with everyone. It was my 4th or 5th series, so I really enjoyed it. To be honest, I like batting and fielding a lot. I enjoy it a lot. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun to run. So what else can I say, God's Plan," Rinku said after being honoured with the prize.

Will Jacks’ blazing knock guarantees Surrey a home match in the quarter-finals
Will Jacks smashed a 46-ball 86 to help Surrey beat Essex by 13 runs in a South Group match of the Vitality Blast. The rapid innings consisting of five sixes helped Surrey recover from a mid-innings collapse and post 189 for nine on the board before restricting the opponents 13 runs short of the target.
The win helped them strengthen their position at the top of the group, sealing a home game in the quarter-finals at the Oval.
Mason Crane moves to Glamorgan permanently
Leg-spinner Mason Crane has signed a three-year contract with Glamorgan after being loaned out to the club earlier by Hampshire. Crane, who has represented England in a Test, is currency Glamorgan’s leading wicket-taker both in the County Championship (24 at 42.87) and T20 Blast (17 at 16.94).
Police complaint lodged against Harbhajan, Yuvraj, Raina for 'mocking' people with disability
After India Champions won the inaugural edition of the World Championship of Legends, captain Yuvraj Singh and teammates Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh and Gurkeerat Mann were seen dancing in a viral video, pretending to limp while walking.
The video didn't go down well as India's paralympic athlete Shams Aalam termed the act as "pathetic and unacceptable".

Later, Paralympic India too reacted, calling out their “disgusting and insensitive” behaviour in a stern reply.
A police complaint was lodged by Arman Ali, the executive director of the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP).
Facing the backlash, Harbhajan was the first to pen an apology. "Just wanted to clear to our people who are complaining about our recent videos of Tauba Tauba on social media after winning the championship here in England. We didn’t wanted to hurt anyone’s sentiments. We respect every individual and community. And this video was just to reflect to our bodies after playing continues cricket for 15 days. SORE bodies," Harbhajan wrote on X.
"We r not trying to insult or offend anyone.. still if people think we hv done something wrong.. All I can say from my side SORRY to everyone.. plz let’s stop this here and move forward. Stay happy and healthy. Love to all. Regards."
