Chris Jordan, the England seamer, has signed a contract extension with Sussex ahead of the 2019 county season. The length of the deal has not been specified.
The 30-year-old signed for Sussex ahead of the 2013 season. Since then, he has picked up 267 wickets and scored 2,410 runs in 119 appearances for the county.
“I think I have developed very well as a cricketer here and I couldn’t see a better place to continue my development,” said Jordan after signing the new deal. “This is a great club with great people. Ever since I walked through the door here, everyone has always made me feel so welcome. It’s become home.
