Cheteshwar Pujara was dismissed in bizarre fashion on day three of India’s second Test with England.
Advancing down the pitch to flick Moeen Ali to the leg-side, Pujara found Ollie Pope at short leg who then threw the ball quickly to Ben Foakes behind the stumps to attempt a run-out.
Pujara appeared to be making his ground as he scrambled back, but ended up dropping his bat. With his right foot in the air, Foakes took the bails off in time to send the Indian batsman on his way.
