When he first burst onto the scene for England five years ago, Mark Wood’s horse routine caught the eye as much as his pace.
And now the moves are back from the paceman, with the ECB sharing this quite spectacular video to encourage people to stay active at home during lockdown. From mantis, to starfish, to the worm to close it out, this really is something else.
