The BCCI has announced the complete schedule for domestic cricket in India in 2021/22, releasing fixtures for men’s and women’s matches, as well as U19 and U23 games.

The season will consist of a total of 2,127 matches, across men’s and women’s cricket, as well as different age groups.
The 2021/22 season will begin with the Senior Women One-Day League in September-October, which will be followed by the Senior Women One-Day Challenger Trophy in October. 37 teams each will compete in the one-day league and the T20 league, with the Challenger Trophy being a three-team event.
The senior men’s domestic schedule will begin on October 20 with the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 tournament and will be followed by the Ranji Trophy in November that will run until February 2022. The Vijay Hazare Trophy List A tournament will be held from February to March 2022. There will be 38 teams participating in each of the men’s senior tournaments.
The Ranji Trophy, which was cancelled last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will be restarted this year.
