The 2020/21 season of the Ford Trophy, New Zealand’s premier List A competition, began on November 29 – here’s the complete schedule of the tournament.

All of the six Ford Trophy teams – Auckland, Northern Districts, Wellington, Central Districts, Otago and Canterbury – face the other five sides twice over the course of the season, playing a total of ten matches each in the league stage. The team that finishes top of the table gets a direct spot in the final while the second and third-placed sides face-off in the preliminary final to get a shot at the title.

Auckland are the current Ford Trophy defending champions but their season has started with a defeat against Northern Districts. Otago, last season’s finalists, and Canterbury have begun on a winning note, getting the better of Central Districts and Wellington respectively.
