Watch: Virat Kohli was at his animated best in this IPL 2019 game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders and avoided a Mankad attempt by Sunil Narine before throwing in a funny reaction.

Off the last ball of the 18th over in this game, Narine strolled in to bowl but stopped midway, a suspected attempt at ‘mankading’ Kohli at the non-striker’s end. However, the RCB skipper had his bat inside the crease all along and to stamp this down, Kohli knelt inside the crease and showed the umpire his bat is well within the crease.

Kohli’s funny reaction prompted smiles from the umpire and Narine himself as Kohli stood back up and laughed about it. Kohli completed a 58-ball 100, his fifth in the IPL in the game which RCB won.
