Watch: Rahul Tripathi produced a stunning one-handed effort to dismiss Shubman Gill in the match between the Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad on Monday.

Gill, who came into the game on the back of twin half-centuries, was looking in good touch before Tripathi’s moment of brilliance. The dismissal took place from the second ball of the third over of the match. Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled a fuller delivery outside off stump, which prompted Gill to throw his hands at it.

The youngster made decent contact too and the ball arrowed towards extra cover. However, Tripathi flung himself to his left and grabbed a one-handed stunner to send the batter packing. The wicket of Gill allowed Sunrisers to establish a foothold in the game after a wayward start.
