England announce squads for Scotland and Australia ODIs

England’s selectors have announced a 13-man squad for the ODI against Scotland, plus  a 14-man squad for the five-match Royal London ODI series against Australia.

The match against Scotland takes place in Edinburgh on Sunday June 10, while the ODI series against the Aussies commences at the Kia Oval on Wednesday June 13.

After his successful IPL campaign and a Test comeback, Eoin Morgan and Trevor Bayliss have decided to rest Jos Buttler for the Scotland match, with Sam Billings replacing him.

This will be the first time that England have played in Scotland since May 2014, when they defeated the hosts by 39 runs in Aberdeen.

England, currently ranked number one in the ODI World Rankings, defeated Australia 4-1 in a five-match series held in Australia in January.

1st ODI: England v Australia, Wednesday June 13, The Kia Oval, London (1pm BST)
2nd ODI: England v Australia, Saturday June 16, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff (11am BST)
3rd ODI: England v Australia, Tuesday June 19, Trent Bridge, Nottingham (2pm BST)
4th ODI: England v Australia, Thursday June 21, Emirates Riverside, Chester-le-Street (2pm BST)
5th ODI: England v Australia, Sunday June 25, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester (11am BST)
