Watch: An inch-perfect yorker from Kyle Jamieson broke Krunal Pandya’s bat in the IPL 2021 opener between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Mumbai.

It was a ripper of the delivery from the pace bowler and though Pandya did well to bring his bat down on time, he could not save it from breaking.

The willow came off its handle right after the delivery. Pandya was in playful mood after the incident and tried to make a joke out of it.

Jamieson finished with figures of 1-27 on the day, dismissing the dangerous Suryakumar Yadav. Pandya was dismissed for a run-a-ball 7 by Harshal Patel.
