Watch: An accidental ‘moon ball’ from Vijay Shankar sparked laughter in the commentary box during Sunrisers Hyderabad’s clash against Delhi Capitals in IPL 2021.

Bowling in the 13th over of the Delhi innings, an attempted slower ball from Shankar slipped out of his hand high up into the air before slowing dipping to reach the batsman – Delhi skipper Rishabh Pant – at head height.

Pant managed to get some connection on an attempted hoick, sending the ball to long-on for a single. Shankar was no-balled for the beamer.
