However, they piled 205-5 in their next match before bowling out Bangladesh for 101 to take a step towards the top four.

India and South Africa have played eight T20Is this year, across two series, all of them in India. The first series was drawn 2-2 (a match was washed out), while India won the second series 2-1.

The teams are very evenly matched, but South Africa’s batting order, consisting of several rapid-scoring batters, provides them with an edge.
