India are coming off a brilliant series against West Indies, and would want to continue their winning ways against Sri Lanka. At the same time the tourists, though coming off a 1-4 series loss to Australia, are a talented bunch and can never be taken lightly.
Owing to India’s ever-busy schedule, India are missing some players. While some all-format players have been rested, others are injured. Still, it is an opportunity for the backup players to make a good case for themselves.
